Bio:

Kaci Christnovich is a Mental Health Practitioner who specializes in working to promote the mental health wellness of older adults through in-home interventions with Jewish Family Service of St. Paul. She has added experience in mental health crisis counseling & community counseling for adults with a Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI). Kaci also has several advanced certifications including: crisis response and de-escalation, stages of change, suicide risk assessment, motivational interviewing and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Kaci is passionate about increasing awareness and decreasing the stigma around mental illness. Kaci believes in a person-centered, strengths-based approach where clients are empowered to build skills to increase their self-efficacy and resiliency.
